Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, every fragrance we offer is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized retailers or the brands themselves. We never sell knock-offs or imitations; we simply decant the original scent into smaller, travel-friendly sizes.
How do you decant the perfumes?
We use a sterile, professional decanting process to transfer the fragrance from the original large bottle into our custom-sized glass vials. This ensures the integrity and chemical composition of the perfume remain identical to the original.
What are your shipping times?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a sample if I don't like the scent?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance samples. However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.

How many sprays are in a sample vial?
Our 0.75ml vials provide approximately 10-12 sprays, while our 5ml travel sprays offer roughly 65-70 sprays, allowing you to thoroughly test a fragrance on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.
