At MicroPerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or used.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our support team or visit your account dashboard to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, include your RMA slip, and use a trackable shipping method to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
